I bring you a recipe for this simple and delicious italian dessert. Panna cotta comes in many varitations, and tastes. But this simple italian dessert bring out the smile in people.

It takes about 10 min to make, and it needs to rest for 3 hours+. If you’re thinking of serving ice cream from the store because you aren’t capable, look no further. If your able to heat up cream without burning it. Dip gelatin plates in water and rinse them.  You can do this!

If you had a spicy meal this will cool down the heat. If you’re serving filét mignon (fine steak) this dessert would be giving you the 5 stars rating from every guest. I do recommend this “al Tiramisu” version for adults.

Directions

  • Soak the gelatin plates in water for 5 min, then rinse them with water. Grip to squeeze water out of the plates.
  • Add cream, sugar and vanilla to a pot, and bring to a boil. (remember to stir as it comes to a boil)
