Supreme Pork w/ spicy potatoes

This is one of my new creations. I’ve worked a couple of months to make this dish super good, and simple to make. It contains ChefNorway’s Spicy Potatoes. Fine piece of pork tenderloin / filet mignon. Wrapped in bacon and my secret seasoning.

This is one of my new creations. I’ve worked a couple of months to make this dish super good, and simple to make. It contains ChefNorway’s Spicy Potatoes. Fine piece of pork tenderloin / filet mignon. Wrapped in bacon and my secret seasoning.

Plated like a stared dish with tortilla rolls and a perfect range of vegetable and sour cream.

It’s something different and it’s easy to plate it nicely. Perfect if you want to impress all your friends.

Directions

  • Lay out 6 strips of bacon on sheet of plastic foil.
  • Quickly fry the pork tenderloin in olive oil, max 30 seconds on each side.  Use a frying pan fit to your pork size.
  • Lay the fried pork on top of the bacon.
  • Pencil mustard and sundried tomato sauce on each side of the meat.
  • Fold over the strips so it covers most of the meat.
  • Now wrap everything tight in the plastic foil. And leave it in the fridge until you’re done making the ChefNorway’s Spicy Potatoes.
  • Add potatoes to a casserole dish, and add the bacon wrapped pork on top.
  • Chop a spring onion and drizzle on top.
  • put the casserole dish into the oven at 200oC for about 35 minutes.
  • Chop red peppers, cucumber and Pineapple. and heat up some soft tortilla shells.
  • Plate up as you want it, and make sure to add a dash of sour cream on the side.
