Blackberry Apple Pie
My family has always loved apple pies. Normally we would eat it during the season of Norwegian apples around mid-september. Juicy red apples grown on the hillside of the beautiful fjords of Norway, or just a regular tree in someones garden. Since blackberries are ripe and in season at the same time I combine the two into this lovely pie.
ChefNorway’s Carrot Cake
This cake both look and taste amazing. Some say there could be a slight cream cheese frosting overdose but I just love it. Decorated with fresh strawberries and a few sprinkles of powdered sugar gives the carrot cake a wow factor that will make a sale every time.
Norwegian Marble Cake
Simple and delicious cake. The two combinations with chocolate sponge and vanilla sponge makes it great. In primary school classes was this always the first recipe they would start off with. It’s so easy that the least culinary kids would get a good experience out of baking this.
