Grandma’s Success Cake
The success cake is what it’s name says. It’s easy to make, easy to freeze and serve whenever you want. If you know there’s someone with a gluten allergy you just take out the flour from recipe and that person can enjoy it as well. The yellow cream makes this nutty cake to die for. Everyone in my family approves for this recipe.

Amazing Nachos
Nachos is all about the blend of fresh chips, a good spice mixture and the right combination with a few vegetables and cheese. The design of plating is in mind and it’s a beautiful nacho plating.

Meatball Sauce
The dark brown sauce is perfect with Norwegian meatballs. It’s extra dark and a little spicy which isn’t the usual sauce with this dish, but still I like this way better.

Sandefjord Smør (fish sauce)
A simple butter sauce that is used with different fish recipes in Norway. It’s Cream, butter flavored with lemon and coriander. Very simple and most people would enjoy this together with fish.
