Mozzarella, basil and tenderloin steak is on my favorite ingredients list. I’ve combined them all into a delicious extra special recipe for someone you would show some extra appreciation. It will take you close to 45 minutes to make and about 3 minutes to eat up!
I’ve added my special steak sauce with brandy and fresh cut basil. Creamed and peppered to combine with the steak, cheese and of course. My very special ChefNorway’s Spicy potatoes. This version of my spicy potato recipe doesn’t include all the spices as normal because the recipe itself contains many supplementing tastes. The flavors should be well balanced and then I hope you will enjoy this recipe as much as I do!

Crispy pork that smells amazing. Combined with medister, sausages, and potatoes. It’s a feast many Norwegians would eat daily 2 weeks from Cristmast day and up to their final traditional Christmas eve dinner. It must be that delicious right?

A simple but good pizza for a lazy Friday night. The flavor you know from tacos, topped with lots of cheese and pineapple. May I suggest some spicy peppers if you like that heat!

A classic delicious breakfast, lunch ham in the holiday of Christmas or Easter. Simple to make. Some can’t get enough of this in my family, so I guess it’s that good. I’m not that big fan to be honest.

Pizza and pasta in one bite? Yes it’s true. Combined with the salted ham from Italy it’s a true delight. I like to blend another flavor in to the dish with tropical melons, papaya and pineapple as a cold topping as the pizza is out of the oven.
