Great combination of sweet, sour and “sweet-sour” lime taste. A heavy dessert that takes no time to make. I’m sure you would ace this without much trouble. The need of very few ingredients makes it a low cost dish to make! It’s also gluten free.

Troll Cream is no dessert for kids, It’s bitter lingonberry flavor gives it an adult touch. It’s really quick to make, but you might have to check out IKEA to find the lingonberries. Substitute the lingonberry with Blackberry and you’d get a much more “friendly” dessert, and ingredients wont be hard to find. Great dessert if you want to try something different!

Lemon Mousse is always a favorite. It’s a smooth sour sweet dessert. It’s quite a bite and will fill you up, so watch your portioning. If you want it to last longer I suggest eating it with a “salt spoon”.

Svele is a favorite in the south of Norway. I probably ate one every day through Junior High. Fresh it tastes sweet and super delicious. Topping not needed, but with some fresh strawberries it goes on and beyond of deliciousness.
