ChefNorway’s Spicy Potatoes is a must to the Supreme Pork recipe

This is one of my new creations. I’ve worked a couple of months to make this dish super good, and simple to make. It contains ChefNorway’s Spicy Potatoes. Fine piece of pork tenderloin / filet mignon. Wrapped in bacon and my secret seasoning.

Plated like a stared dish with tortilla rolls and a perfect range of vegetable and sour cream.

It’s something different and it’s easy to plate it nicely. Perfect if you want to impress all your friends.

Directions

  • Lay out 6 strips of bacon on sheet of plastic foil.

  • Lay the fried pork on top of the bacon.
  • Pencil mustard and sundried tomato sauce on each side of the meat.
  • Fold over the strips so it covers most of the meat.

  • Add potatoes to a casserole dish, and add the bacon wrapped pork on top.
