I love steak. And a good steak! That’s why I’ve landed on this recipe for one of my favorite steak recipes. Steak and potatoes, with raspberry onions and a freshly made pepper sauce will give this recipe the high end taste that you should serve that special one you love!
ChefNorway’s Norwegian Meatballs There are many recipes that Norwegians consider as a national dish. This might be the one many of the elderly would say was their favorite. We say you have to go home to mom’s meatballs to feel at home in Norway.
A guacamole with some texture. Made fresh with a little bit kick to it. If the avocados is ripe, the guacamole is right!
Raspberry Onions is a must have when I serve the love of my life. They truly bring an extra range of flavor to the steak dish, and I’m sure it would fit with other beef related recipes.
This is a simple and quick meal to make. It’s best served with fresh herbs and mozzarella. They are huge and delicious!
Mozzarella, basil and tenderloin steak is on my favorite ingredients list. I’ve combined them all into a delicious extra special recipe for someone you would show some extra appreciation. It will take you close to 45 minutes to make and about 3 minutes to eat up!
I’ve added my special steak sauce with brandy and fresh cut basil. Creamed and peppered to combine with the steak, cheese and of course. My very special ChefNorway’s Spicy potatoes. This version of my spicy potato recipe doesn’t include all the spices as normal because the recipe itself contains many supplementing tastes. The flavors should be well balanced and then I hope you will enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
Truth be told this is a very traditional dish in Norway. It’s like a few of the strange fish traditions where there’s suppose to be served with akvavit. But then again there’s people who like cabbage!
A delicious brown stew cooked with time and love. Fresh vegetables, roots and spices. The meat is tender and mildly spiced. Something I think everyone in the family will enjoy. Very healthy meal.
Nothing beats a simple and easy Italian pizza. Thin pizza, with tomato sauce, fresh basil and mozzarella. If you feel ambitious add some real Parma ham. Baked on a pizza stone for a few minutes. Italia in one bite!

A simple but good pizza for a lazy Friday night. The flavor you know from tacos, topped with lots of cheese and pineapple. May I suggest some spicy peppers if you like that heat!
Pizza and pasta in one bite? Yes it’s true. Combined with the salted ham from Italy it’s a true delight. I like to blend another flavor in to the dish with tropical melons, papaya and pineapple as a cold topping as the pizza is out of the oven.
